Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned artwork, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Framing and Presentation

All artworks are delivered framed and with a Passepartout (mat board) to enhance their presentation and protect the delicate soft pastel medium. The frames are carefully selected to complement the artwork and ensure a professional and polished finish.

Care Instructions

• Avoid touching the surface of the artwork to prevent smudging.
• Keep the artwork out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
